Target Audience: • Parents of teens aged 12–18 • Recently diagnosed OR long-standing ADHD but struggling • High conflict at home / emotional dysregulation / school issues • Parents who feel “nothing works” • Parents who feel “I’m constantly nagging” • Parents who feel “They don’t listen” • Parents who feel “I’m exhausted / walking on eggshells” This is NOT for: • Mild ADHD with minimal impairment • Parents looking for theory only Programme Structure and format: • 5 sessions (60–75 min each) • Delivered live or recorded • With worksheets + scripts
