About
The Early Signs Series is a short, beautifully designed, free psychoeducation series for parents who have started to notice changes in their child or teenager but are not yet sure what they mean. It is not designed to diagnose or alarm; it is designed to help parents observe more clearly. Participants will learn common early signs of anxiety, depression, eating issues, and neurodiversity, understanding what may be developmentally normal versus what needs professional advice. The course introduces the Mente Early Signs Lens (Notice, Pattern, Impact, Risk, Next Step) to help parents gather information from home and school to decide on the most appropriate next step.
